Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and sales support!
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales teams to track orders and deliveries.
- Manage and follow up on Bulk Orders.
- Ensure timely release of orders within the current shipping window.
- Monitor the status of inbound shipments and factory orders
- Allocate products by style and ship date.
- Process EDI orders
- Oversee the allocation of incoming shipments and goods.
- Maintain clear communication with the warehouse team.
- Receive EDI transfers and ensure compliance.
- Generate and review the open pick ticket report.
- Follow up on back orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience in the fashion apparel industry.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
