Job Summary
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Incentive Processor on our Residential Program Team, delivering energy efficiency program implementation services to an Oregon-based non‑profit client.
Responsibilities- Review incentive applications submitted by customers and contractors to confirm they are complete, accurate, and qualify for the program.
- Enter and maintain data in incentive database(s) and process applications through to payment.
- Communicate via email with customers and contractors to request missing information or clarify project qualification.
- Maintain knowledge of program products, services, and processing procedures.
- Communicate and help resolve disputed rebate claim data.
- Provide guidance to customers and contractors in interpreting program policies to ensure participation and compliance.
- Perform regular application auditing and quality control.
- File applications, retrieve data, and run database queries and reports.
- Contribute to process improvements in a team‑based environment where each process has system‑wide effects.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
- Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems and databases.
- Highly detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload without close supervision.
- Ability to work independently and stay on track with daily and weekly processing goals with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness when reviewing paperwork and data.
- Curiosity and quick learning of new industry knowledge; prior energy‑efficiency experience is a plus but not required.
- Work comfortably and efficiently on a computer, using multiple systems and databases.

$22.50 per hour
