- Lead day-to-day coordination and implementation of the OPCA RHTP FQHC Transformation program in partnership with the Oregon Health Authority, participating FQHCs, and tribal health organizations
- Support recipient organization onboarding, participation tracking, and implementation activities for timely and accurate direct payments
- Coordinate collection, validation, and submission of required financial and operational data
- Develop and maintain implementation resources, guidance documents, FAQs, workflows, and communication materials
- Track program milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and participation requirements
- Address implementation barriers and challenges proactively
- Coordinate technical assistance, office hours, training, and engagement activities
- Monitor program performance and recipient organization trends and recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with OHA and external partners to identify, resolve, and
- Support budget tracking, funding allocation, and RHTP Direct Payments reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and briefings for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, reporting obligations, payment methodologies, program policies, and applicable state and federal requirements
- Work with health center staff, OPCA staff, and independent contractors to complete project tasks within scope, budget, and timelines
- Facilitate and attend stakeholder, workgroup, implementation, and project meetings
- Generally requires a bachelor’s degree and/or 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, health care operations, or a related field
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Demonstrated experience managing grants and complex projects involving multiple organizations, stakeholders, vendors, and/or technology systems
- Familiarity with project management concepts, practices, tools, methodologies, and/or program management methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple long-term and short-term projects simultaneously
- Ability to anticipate events, deadlines, and expectations and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to integrate best practices and emerging information
- Ability to work comfortably and competently with health center leaders and staff at every level
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with participating organizations, program partners, and the Oregon Health Authority
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Understanding of health care, FQHCs, and/or tribal health
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Candidates must be located in Oregon or Southwest Washington
Demonstrates expertise in project management and health care operations, with a strong focus on grant management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with state and federal requirements. Proven ability to develop resources, track program performance, and implement process improvements in collaboration with diverse organizations.
