SYDNEY – Civil Supervisors

Eather Group is a 15-year-old family business with long‑term contracts on many major projects across Sydney. We are currently seeking experienced and hands‑on Civil Supervisors to oversee earthworks operations on upcoming projects.

• Valid NSW Drivers licence and own transport
• General Construction Induction Card (White card)
• Relevant tickets or qualifications (e.g. Cert III or IV in Civil Construction, Supervisor training)
• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on bulk earthworks and/or road infrastructure projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods and safety regulations

• Supervise day‑to‑day earthworks activities, including bulk and detailed excavation, material import, processing, and management, cut to fill programmes and more
• Coordinate personnel, subcontractors, and plant/equipment
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and environmental standards
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and pre‑start meetings
• Track progress, monitor productivity, and report to Project Manager
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to maintain schedules
• Maintain accurate records of works, materials, and staff
