In the infrastructure team, you will be responsible for coordinating excavation and earthmoving work in preparation for wind farm projects. Working on large‑scale construction projects—ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion—you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of these projects.

• Provide constant leadership in health and safety in order to meet the highest industry standards.
• Lead safety breaks and actively participate in coordination meetings at the start of the shift with the OHS team.
• Supervise, organize and actively manage workers in order to optimize performance and quality of work execution.
• Actively participate in planning the work of subcontractors, different specialties and other trades in collaboration with the superintendent.
• Ensure you have the tools, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work within the required time frames based on the plans and specifications.
• Write, prepare and manage technical and administrative documents (daily work reports, timesheets for your team and subcontractors).
• Master the reading and application of plans and specifications for work relating to your specialty.
• Ensure compliance with the rules relating to environmental issues on the site.
• Ensure rigorous quality monitoring throughout the project, with your team and subcontractors.
• Promote teamwork and encourage collaboration, demonstrate positive leadership and maintain a pleasant working climate.
• Perform all other related tasks related to operations.

• At least 8 years of experience in civil engineering, including 2 years as a foreman in excavation, forestry roadworks, or earthmoving.
• A valid CCQ card.
• A valid driving license – Class 5.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Great mastery of reading plans and specifications and managing priorities.
• Technological skills.
