Synectics Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Project Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial, restoration, and public works projects. The role requires 5–8 years of supervisory experience and a strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill set.
You will coordinate subcontractors, manage field personnel, maintain schedules, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards in accordance with contract documents. Buildertrend experience is preferred.
