Superintendent, Construction

We are partnering with a leading national general contractor to appoint an experienced Superintendent to deliver large-scale mission critical/data center projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering some of the industry's most complex and technically challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage trade contractors, self-perform work, site logistics, and construction sequencing.
• Drive a proactive culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the project team.
• Monitor project schedules, resolve field issues, and maintain progress against key milestones.
• Develop and mentor field staff while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists and commissioning support.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience building mission critical/data center facilities from ground-up through completion.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and complex building coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of construction scheduling, safety regulations (OSHA), and field operations.
• Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, Field Wire, or Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
• Someone who is willing to relocate to either the Tri-Cities, Boardman or Umatilla area.
