Belknap Hot Springs in Mc Kenzie Bridge OR is looking for one front desk agent to join our 20-person strong team. We are located on 59296 N Belknap Springs Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Lean the RMS/Reservation system to make reservation via phone calls
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
- Knowledge of computer to learn reservation system
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
