Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking an entry Public Benefits Specialist in Gold Beach. You will greet customers in person or remotely, assist with program applications, and guide access to medical, food, and cash benefits. A trauma-informed approach and strong data entry are essential.
Two years in reception or a high-volume call center, plus an associate degree or equivalent, will qualify. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred with 5% differential if tested.
