Mesh seeks a Customer Care professional to own onboarding for a portfolio of new customers, monitor health, and drive adoption. You will run multi-customer programs, identify growth opportunities, and manage renewals with escalation as needed.
You’ll coordinate with partners for smooth handoffs and relay customer feedback to Product and Sales. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in customer service or 1–2 years as a CSM, strong written and verbal communication, and hands-on AI tool experience.
