Nuix is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Platform) to own post-sale relationships across enterprise accounts. You will drive adoption, value realisation, retention and expansion, coordinating with implementation teams as engagements mature.
Role balances relationship depth with revenue outcomes and requires a consultative approach for data-intensive, compliance-driven environments. Based in the Reston area with a requirement to be in-office 3 days/week;
