Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Member Engagement & Community Platform Specialist to manage and grow our online learning and membership community. This role combines member engagement, customer service, retention, digital marketing, content creation, and platform operations.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, tech-savvy, and experienced with platforms such as Circle, Kajabi, Skool, Mighty Networks, or similar membership platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of an online learning and membership community.
- Develop onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies throughout the member lifecycle.
- Communicate with members by phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Respond to questions, resolve concerns, and provide personalized member support.
- Conduct outbound calls to reconnect with inactive members and encourage participation.
- Create and promote engaging content, programs, events, and community initiatives.
- Build workflows, systems, and automations to support scalable community growth.
- Track member interactions, engagement, and retention using CRM and reporting tools.
- Analyze member feedback and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to improve the overall member experience.
- At least two years of experience in online community management, member engagement, customer service, or client services.
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and growing an online community.
- Hands-on experience with Circle, Kajabi, Skool, Mighty Networks, or a similar platform.
- Experience with CRM systems, data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Experience working with Buddhist, mindfulness, or BIPOC-centered communities is preferred but not required.
