Full‑time General Dentist Opportunity in Vancouver, WA. • No production targets
• Mentorship and development including generous in‑house CE and outside CE credits, as well as local clinical mentorship
• The latest in dental technology including 3D iTero scanners and lasers (with in‑house certification programs)
• Full practice management support with marketing, patient flow, and administrative assistance to allow doctors to focus on patients and achieve work‑life balance
• Company provided insurance including malpractice, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability
• Competent and supportive team of dental professionals—hygienists, assistants, treatment coordinators, practice managers, and in‑house dental specialists—to drive quality patient care
• Full board‑eligible or certified specialists to support specialty needs

Monday through Thursday with 1 Saturday a month required.

Full‑time dentist expected to earn between $205,000 and $450,000.

• Accredited dental school graduate
• Current Washington State dental license (or ability to obtain one by the time of employment)
