This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm;
  Start as soon as credentialed for 3 months with option to extend.
• Setting:
  Clinic
• Procedures/Cases:
  General Dentistry - exams, x-rays, oral cancer, basic restorative
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~30-45 days
• Requirements:
  Active State License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
