Overview

As Click Share Product Manager, you will drive the expansion of the Click Share portfolio by defining and delivering new collaboration solutions. You combine strategic product management with strong technical insight to ensure product‑market fit that aligns with the Click Share brand promise. You have a deep understanding of multisensor AV product design (camera, audio, compute) and their use in modern hybrid collaboration workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define winning product and solution requirements and industry collaborations based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Represent the customer and end‑user, ensuring a differentiated and seamless experience across the full customer journey.
  • Build and communicate the product roadmap, business case, and pricing architecture in alignment with Segment Marketing.
  • Maintain an active view on AV industry trends, standards, and ecosystem developments.
Execution & Delivery
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, engineering, UX, manufacturing, and operations to drive product development and prioritization.
  • Facilitate structured requirement and refinement sessions with stakeholders, partners and key customers.
  • Navigate tradeoffs between experience, feasibility, cost, and time‑to‑market while ensuring high quality and security standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on product launches, internal enablement, and partner readiness.
Lifecycle & Customer Experience Management
  • Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle and customer journey of your solutions. Assess and implement product lifecycle initiatives.
  • Monitor customer experience through data and market feedback to drive iterations and improvements.
  • Act as the internal and external expert on your product domain and competitive landscape.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Solid technical understanding of the collaboration and UC&C landscape, including market trends and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Hands‑on experience with multisensor AV architectures, intelligent video framing, acoustic/voice technologies and UC platform certification processes (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google).
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset, able to translate user insights into validated product requirements.
  • Excellent cross‑functional communicator, capable of driving alignment across R&D, UX, Sales, and other stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with UX principles, prototyping, and customer validation workflows.
  • Confident presenter able to create clarity and influence senior leadership.

Essential Functions
  • Work Environment – Job performed in a normal office environment including 6‑8 hours a day of sitting, computer activities, communication skills, intermittent standing, limited lifting, physical activities or exposure to regular office conditions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or position equipment or components (typically up to 30 lbs) during trade shows or demos.
  • Ability to walk, bend, reach, and move between areas as needed.
  • Ability to connect, unplug, handle, or manipulate cables, small parts, or testing hardware.
  • Regular business hours apply; however, adjusted work hours may be required to meet schedules.
  • Must comply with all environmental, health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Must be able to visually inspect hardware and displays and perform tasks involving fine motor skills.
