Senior Digital Designer

Job Description:

• Design and build Word Press pages and posts that are visually polished and brand-consistent
• Create Hub Spot landing pages and email templates that balance aesthetics with conversion
• Evaluate, select, and configure Hub Spot and Word Press modules to match brand standards
• Assess and resolve front-end layout issues: spacing, padding, responsive behavior
• Implement motion on the website independently
• Own and maintain the Figma component library
• Actively incorporate AI tools into your design and production workflow
• Produce and refine presentation decks and sales enablement materials in Google Slides
• Serve as primary digital coverage when your counterpart is out
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6-8 years of digital design experience in a B2B SaaS environment with enough front-end literacy to be self-sufficient in the browser
• Demonstrated experience designing across web, email, and presentation formats with a strong portfolio of digital work
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma — non-negotiable
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Figma component libraries
• Hands-on experience designing in Word Press with comfort in HTML and CSS beyond what page builders expose
• Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and fix layout issues without waiting for a developer
• Experience with Hub Spot for landing page and email design
• A strong eye for responsive design
• Hands-on experience implementing animation on live websites
• Actively uses AI tools to increase design output and team capacity
• Strong working knowledge of Google Slides for presentation design
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Collaborative, low-ego approach

  Experience with deal room or sales enablement platforms
