We’re partnering with a school district in Clackamas County, Oregon to hire a dedicated Special Education Resource Teacher (ERC) to support Elementary (K–5) students.
This is a full-time, in-person role for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year
. In this position, you will support students with mild to moderate disabilities
, focusing on skill development, academic growth, and meaningful inclusion within the general education setting.
You’ll work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes a School Psychologist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Autism Specialist, Learning Specialist TOSA, and Student Services Facilitator — ensuring strong partnership and comprehensive student support.
- Position: Special Education Resource Teacher (ERC)
- Grade Level: Elementary (K–5)
- Setting: Serving students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM (Full-Time)
- Caseload: Currently 36 students
- Create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes skill development and academic growth.
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with mild to moderate disabilities.
- Support students’ academic, social, intellectual, and physical development.
- Implement IEP goals and individualized learning plans.
- Promote meaningful inclusion opportunities as students are ready to access general education settings.
- Collaborate with related service providers and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support.
- Current TSPC Teaching License (Required)
