This district is seeking a skilled, dedicated educator to support elementary students (K–5) in a Structured Learning Classroom (SLC) setting. You’ll collaborate with related service providers, provide individualized and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs, and use evidence-based strategies to foster engagement, skill development, and inclusive learning for all students.

In-person - Schedule:
Monday–Friday, full school day (7:30 AM–3:30 PM) - Weekly Guaranteed
Hours:
35 hours/week - Setting:
Structured classroom focused on social-emotional/behavior regulation (variety of disabilities, complex needs) - Current Caseload: ~7 students
- Inclusion Focus:
Meaningful inclusion when students are ready to transition into general education settings
- Develop and implement IEPs, adapt curriculum, and monitor progress for students with diverse needs.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to support academics, social-emotional learning, and functional skills.
- Use data-informed observations and evidence-based strategies to promote engagement and skill development.
- Maintain a structured, nurturing environment that supports independence, self-regulation, communication, and positive peer interactions.
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to ensure consistent support across school settings.
- Active Oregon TSPC Teaching License required
- Experience supporting students with behavioral/social-emotional needs (structured classroom experience a plus)
