This is an entry-level role with strong upward potential. It’s an opportunity to learn the equipment business from the inside while gaining hands‑on experience in digital marketing, sales support, pricing strategy, and dealership operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Digital Inventory & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in how our equipment is presented to the market. Your work directly impacts how quickly and effectively inventory moves.

You will:

  • Capture professional-quality photos and videos of equipment
  • Upload and manage listings across company and third‑party digital platforms
  • Monitor inventory aging and identify units that need pricing or marketing attention
  • Partner closely with sales teams to ensure listings are current and accurate
  • Maintain organized and precise inventory records

This role requires initiative. You won’t be micromanaged — you’ll be expected to take ownership of your work and continuously improve how we present our inventory.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • A high comfort level with technology including apps and web platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self‑starter who takes initiative and follows through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Equipment experience is helpful but not required – we will train the right person!
Compensation: $20-25/hr (Depending on Experience)
