Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.

What you’ll be doing

Build the MYP assessment library from scratch

  • Define the architecture and roadmap for a brand-new MYP assessment library: ready-to-use assessments, mock eAssessments, and mark schemes with model answers across all MYP subject groups from Year 1 to Year 5.
  • Build the world’s most in-depth IB assessment library with thousands of questions and hundreds of assessments, each tagged to MYP criteria, strands, and topics.
  • Write a core of exemplary content yourself to set the bar, then commission and orchestrate the rest.
Support and strengthen the DP library
  • Partner with the DP lead to extend the existing library, owning the subjects and question banks that you feel most confident about and shaping the roadmap together.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage experienced DP educators, consultants, and authors to support the creation of rigorous, exam-style assessments.
  • Author exam‑style content with full papers, mark schemes, and more.
  • Keep every resource exam‑aligned and current as IB subject guides and assessment expectations change.
  • Review and quality check every resource and every assessment so that it is truly examiner‑grade rigorous.
  • Design and run learning events, sessions and signature initiatives that put the Toddle Library in front of IB educators who don't yet know they need it.
  • Create the demand‑generating content that earns their attention: free eAssessment‑readiness diagnostics, sample mock packs and question samplers, examiner‑led webinars, command‑term and marking masterclasses, and more.
  • Partner with the events and growth teams on distribution and audience strategy, so the right educators see the right thing at the right moment.
  • Get the Library into everyday use: run onboarding and enablement sessions that help teachers and coordinators build it into their planning and assessment cycles, not just discover it once.
  • Track usage and educator feedback closely, and feed both back into the content so the Library keeps getting sharper and more useful.
