Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools. Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over 200,000 educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries.

Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most – teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.

Our approach is three-pronged.

First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place. Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and grade books, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts – all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.

Second, every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.

Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and work spaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

In this role, you will work closely with the Growth Lead on GTM initiatives across our key focus verticals. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations – supporting GTM planning, campaign execution and analysis. You’ll be expected to parallelize multiple initiatives
, build clarity from ambiguity, and scale your impact as the business grows.

• Full-cycle campaigns: Ideate with content and design, launch, track lift, iterate; own the loop end to end
• Growth ops backbone: Design the dashboards, workflows and playbooks that keep every campaign and hand-off humming
• Channel intelligence: Tear into funnel metrics, glean what's working, drop what's not, recommend where to double down
• Market scouting: Dig into competitive landscapes and user research to surface bold experiments (what would make our campaigns, virtual events, conferences best‑in‑class?)
• Data intelligence: Build the intelligence layer that powers every campaign, then dig into the post-campaign data to surface what worked, what didn't, and where to double down next

The role will have a steep learning curve as you'll be expected to scale personally as the business grows. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking. This will involve parallelising a lot of efforts and wearing multiple hats at once.

• Experience
  : 2‑4 years in growth roles at a fast‑paced startup (B2B SaaS preferably) or IB/Consulting
• Education
  : MBA/Undergrad degree from a Tier 1 college
• Comfort with data
  :
  Able to handle large datasets, run funnel and campaign analysis, perform audits, and build dashboards and tools that help the team work faster – including strong Excel skills
