Pastor of Preschool Ministries
Salem Alliance Church is hiring a Pastor of Preschool Ministries to provide leadership, pastoral care, and ministry oversight for children from birth through preschool age and their families. This full‑time pastoral role leads volunteers and staff, oversees curriculum and ministry environments, partners with parents in the spiritual development of their children, and helps create safe, welcoming, and engaging spaces where young children can begin building a foundation of faith.
Responsibilities- Provides leadership and pastoral care for preschool ministry.
- Leads volunteers and staff, oversees curriculum and ministry environments.
- Partners with parents in spiritual development of their children.
- Creates safe, welcoming, and engaging spaces for young children.
- Works onsite primarily, leading Saturday evening and Sunday preschool programming, weekday office hours dedicated to ministry planning, volunteer development, and administrative responsibilities.
- Relational, organized, and passionate about ministering to young children and their families.
- Experience in children’s ministry, education, or pastoral leadership.
- Enjoys equipping volunteers, supporting parents, and maintaining strong ministry systems.
