Speech Language Pathologist — Grades K‑12

Job DescriptionThe teacher is responsible for speech therapy to students in grades K‑12 with IEPs. The individual must have the knowledge and ability to comply with IDEA requirements for IEPs and procedural safeguards.
Qualifications- Valid Oregon Teaching License with proper endorsements or Oregon Board of Examiners SLP Licensure
- Knowledge and skills in instruction/learning methods
- Ability to demonstrate positive classroom management skills
Salary will be paid according to degree and years of experience for 174 contract days. The 2025‑26 salary schedule range is:
- Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree with no experience – $47,705 (Step
3) - Maximum:
Master’s degree plus 45 hours with 15 years experience – $83,656 (Step 15)
Signing bonus of $3,000 paid in two equal installments; first installment will be paid at the end of the 1st semester with second installment being paid at the end of the 2nd semester. Failure to complete each semester will disqualify payment of entirety of bonus.
