Computer Information Systems Part-Time Faculty

Chemeketa Community College is seeking qualified part‑time adjunct faculty to teach courses in our Computer Information Systems program. Teaching opportunities may include computer applications, cybersecurity, networking, information technology, and other technology‑related subjects, depending on program needs and the successful candidate's expertise. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about student success and can bring current industry knowledge and practical experience into the classroom while preparing students for careers in today's rapidly evolving technology workforce.

All positions at Chemeketa are required to be available for work onsite as requested by the college. Classes for the 2026-27 academic year will primarily be in-person at one of our Chemeketa campuses.

• Teaches classes as assigned, following current approved course outlines

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field

• Requires flexible work schedule to meet program needs, which may include evenings and/or weekends
• This position belongs to the Bargaining unit and begins at Step
