Horizontal Driller, Pipeline, Oil & Gas

Horizontal Drillers – Up to 3 Months Per Diem – Natural Gas – West Monroe, LA

Southeast Connections is hiring experienced Horizontal Drillers for a natural gas pipeline project beginning in De Queen, AR, with per diem offered during the 3-month assignment. Afterward, the role will transition to Monticello, AR, with ongoing work from the West Monroe, LA hub. Candidates must be able to operate Vermeer or Ditch Witch HDD equipment and have experience in gas utility or pipeline environments.

Strong communication, safety awareness, and field experience are essential.

• Per Diem provided during De Queen, AR project (up to 3 months)
• Long-term work across multiple sites
• Stable employment in pipeline and gas utility construction
• Opportunities for advancement and safety certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience operating HDD equipment
• Strong understanding of underground utility and pipeline construction
• Ability to perform manual labor and operate safely
• Knowledge of safety standards and proper PPE use

• Previous experience in natural gas infrastructure
• HDD operation certifications or utility locating credentials
• Strong emergency response and safety communication skills
