Title:
VP of Engineering, Validation and Program Management Office
- Lead a high‑performing team to provide fully stable, integrated, and validated systems that can be scaled quickly.
- Manage the Hyve PMO office and ensure flawless execution across all product‑lifecycle stages.
- Integrate hardware, software, and silicon components to build end‑to‑end system recipes.
- Conduct system, rack, and pod‑level validations to tune for stability and performance KPIs.
- Debug system‑level issues in a customer environment to resolve ramp issues at scale.
- Work closely with Hyve’s customer team to ramp solutions at customers’ data centers.
- Engage with architecture and hardware design teams to achieve best possible performance.
- Partner with data‑center design, construction, and operations teams to ensure engineered solutions scale reliably and sustainably.
- Advise on the latest technology developments and industry‑leading architectures, advancing Hyve’s designs with customers and expanding the engineering team’s capabilities and technology pipeline.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of engineers, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of significant experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of leading high‑performing engineering teams and delivering high‑quality products.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with system architecture, SoC roadmaps across compute/AI/GPUs & DPU, design, software development, and engineering best practices.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end system engineering teams covering firmware development, node/rack‑level validation, and system debug.
- Experience in distributed high‑volume computing and a strong understanding of hyperscale environments and data‑center designs.
- Excellent leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the company’s engineering vision and strategy to a variety of audiences.
- Track record of staying up‑to‑date with the latest developments in technology and engineering, and continuously learning and improving.
