Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Own the full life cycle of high-impact utility infrastructure projects — based in Oregon, hybrid flexibility included.
You bring the technical credibility to lead complex multi-disciplinary teams. Here, you'll have the scope and autonomy to actually use it.
Work that matters, compensation that reflects it, and a team that backs you up.
If you've spent the better part of your career managing capital projects in the utility, construction, or engineering space — and you're ready for a role with real ownership, strong financial backing, and a team that takes infrastructure seriously — this one is worth a closer look.
This is a senior-level Project Manager role focused on transmission, substation, and distribution project execution, based in Oregon with a hybrid work model. You'll manage multi-million-dollar capital programs from initiation through closeout, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, and serve as the bridge between field execution and client expectations. The hybrid arrangement keeps you connected to the team without sacrificing the flexibility that senior professionals have earned.
The compensation range is $134,546 to $205,557, supported by a benefits package that has won the Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for compensation and benefits three years running — 2022, 2023, and 2024. This is not a role where you'll be managing projects and wondering if the organization is invested in keeping you around.
Why This Opportunity Is DifferentMost PM roles in this space either silo you into one project phase or stretch you thin across too many projects without real support. This role is structured differently. You'll have full life cycle accountability — initiation through closeout — with the internal infrastructure to back you up. You'll work directly with client functional leads and stakeholders rather than being shielded from the relationship, which means your expertise is visible and your impact is real.
The organization has a genuine culture of mentorship, and senior PMs here are expected to develop their teams, not just manage deliverables. For the right candidate, this is a long-term career platform, not just a next role.
