Position Overview

In EOSOL we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of a utility‑scale solar project in Oregon.

The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall on‑site coordination, execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, field presence, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all on‑site construction activities for the solar project.
  • Coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure proper execution.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on site for the client and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and engineering teams.
  • Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
  • Support commissioning and project close‑out activities.
Requirements:
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3+ years as Site Manager or similar role.
  • Proven experience in utility‑scale solar projects.
  • Strong background in civil, mechanical, and electrical construction coordination.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project documentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • English proficiency required (professional level).
  • Availability to work on‑site in Oregon, USA.
  • TN VISA
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in U.S. solar EPC projects.
  • Background in commissioning and project close‑out.
  • Familiarity with planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
  • Engineering degree (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar).
