Responsibilities
- Support successful execution of utility capital projects
- Design, operate, improve cost, schedule and quality controls
- Build cost performance KPIs and dashboards
- Measure schedule health and create recovery plans
- Create measurable quality controls
- Build scalable controls system and improve continuously
- Qualified degrees in related field
- 4 years experience with High School Diploma
- 8 years experience with Associate's degree
- 6 years experience with Bachelor's degree
- Utility specific operations knowledge
- Design, operations, project management skills
- Certification preferred at Principal level
- Familiarity with energy/utility delivery models
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Demonstrates expertise in utility capital project execution, including design, operations, and project management. Proficient in developing cost performance KPIs, quality controls, and recovery plans while utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
