Currently we are hiring a Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Oregon

• Oversee and execute commissioning activities for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures.
• Coordinate system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting with subcontractors and vendors.
• Review and verify equipment installations and performance against design specifications.
• Maintain documentation, including test scripts, reports, and system turnover packages.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, QA/QC, and client representatives to meet project milestones.

• You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of commissioning experience in mission-critical environments or data centers.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, power, BMS, and life safety systems.
• Familiarity with commissioning standards and documentation (e.g., Level 1-5 testing, IST).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and control schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in commissioning software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
