We are seeking an experienced Financial Investment Consultant to join our independent advisory firm in Bethany, OR. This full-time role is designed for professionals managing $10 million or more in client assets, offering performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in wealth management, investment consulting, or financial advisory, hold an active Series 7 license, and be prepared to deliver strategic portfolio management and comprehensive financial planning for individuals and families in the Bethany area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with $10M+ under management in Bethany, OR.
  • Develop and implement tailored financial strategies addressing retirement, tax planning, and wealth preservation objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing portfolio assessments, adjusting investment allocations according to market conditions and client goals.
  • Maintain consistent and proactive client communication through meetings, calls, and performance reports.
  • Ensure all activities comply with FINRA, SEC, and state regulations.
  • Utilize firm resources and marketing initiatives to grow client relationships throughout Bethany.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee accurate account servicing, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or Investment Consultant.
  • Series 7 license required; additional Series 63/65/66 licenses preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing portfolios of $10M+ in assets.
  • Familiarity with RIA platforms and investment management tools advantageous.
  • Strong expertise in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and financial planning strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent business development and client acquisition skills.
  • Superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
