Overview
The Exchange Traded Fund Specialist (“ETF Specialist”) will work in a small client-oriented institutional trading operation that services the primary market (i.e. no retail). The primary responsibilities are to receive, review, and authorize institutional orders while also performing daily reconciliations and reporting. The role assists the ETF Operations team with facilitating Authorized Participant (“AP”) Agreements, attending fund related meetings, and supporting reporting and metrics.
Whatyou’ll do
- Receive, review, and authorize institutional orders.
- Perform daily reconciliations of clients’ orders following policies and procedures.
- Facilitate AP Agreements.
- Attend meetings with clients and service providers.
- Produce internal and external reporting and metrics.
- Disseminate fund corporate action notifications to APs.
- Assist with other assigned projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities and security markets, investment operations, and/or financial client experience.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 license.
- Major or concentration in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Trading experience in stocks, bonds, commodities, and/or ETFs.
- Demonstrated professional integrity.
- Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new initiatives and changing client needs.
- Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented; proactive in learning and career progression.
- Dedicated to upholding ACA’s high-quality standards and customer service focus.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment.

Salary Range$65,000 - $70,000
