Overview

The Exchange Traded Fund Specialist (“ETF Specialist”) will work in a small client-oriented institutional trading operation that services the primary market (i.e. no retail). The primary responsibilities are to receive, review, and authorize institutional orders while also performing daily reconciliations and reporting. The role assists the ETF Operations team with facilitating Authorized Participant (“AP”) Agreements, attending fund related meetings, and supporting reporting and metrics.

you’ll do
  • Receive, review, and authorize institutional orders.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of clients’ orders following policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate AP Agreements.
  • Attend meetings with clients and service providers.
  • Produce internal and external reporting and metrics.
  • Disseminate fund corporate action notifications to APs.
  • Assist with other assigned projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities and security markets, investment operations, and/or financial client experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 license.
Preferred
  • Major or concentration in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Trading experience in stocks, bonds, commodities, and/or ETFs.
