The Health Care Initiative is seeking an experienced Controller for a growing Critical Access Hospital in the Pacific Northwest. This hands-on leadership position will oversee a finance team and improve financial performance through technical healthcare accounting and operational partnerships.
Key responsibilities include managing accounting processes, financial reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of healthcare finance experience.
