Treasury Sales Associate – Global Solutions, Middle Market

• Support the end-to-end treasury sales process for Treasury Sales Officers on the General Industries–Middle Market team
• Develop strategies to grow revenue domestically and internationally
• Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning
• Maintain accurate sales data across deal pipelines, client plans, call reports, pricing, and rates
• Produce client- and portfolio-level profitability, revenue, product usage, balance trend, and variance analyses
• Coordinate KYC onboarding for new legal entities with AML and onboarding teams
• Assist with the Client Management Process, including planning, calling efforts, meetings, delivery, follow-up, revenue, and pathway tracking
• Create proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning
• Complete price and cost-benefit analysis models and support non-standard pricing
• Partner with Product Specialists and support teams to grow revenue and deepen relationships
• Support implementation, client onboarding, and training activities
• Participate in in-person client calling and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities
• Manage escalated service issues with appropriate resources
• Prepare analysis and presentation materials for client meetings
• Complete card agreements and gather documentation for implementation

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program
• Ability to travel up to 5%

• Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent (desired)
• Two or more years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment (desired)
• Experience prospecting and developing new business (desired)
• Knowledge of U.S. or international cash management products (desired)
• Prior experience in Global Payments, Treasury Management, or Corporate Banking (preferred)
• Two to five years of relevant banking experience across sales, operations, compliance, and/or product management (desired)

Demonstrates expertise in treasury management and corporate banking, with a strong focus on client relationship management, revenue growth strategies, and financial analysis. Proficient in coordinating KYC onboarding and managing client interactions to enhance service delivery and profitability.
