Prepare, organize, and control case files from opening to closure. Liaison and resource contact person between Judge/ Client and Judge/ Program and other departments and agencies. Open courts, calling them to order and announcing Judges. Prepare and issue orders of the court, including probation orders, release documentation, sentencing information, and summonses. Prepare dockets and or calendars of cases to be called.

Perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and to assist in other areas where staffing shortages exist. Must not engage in the dysfunctional use of alcohol or illicit/illegal drugs.

Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Tribal, Federal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be required to pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
