- B.Com or B.B.A. (second division) from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission having three years’ experience in the relevant field with computer knowledge in any Government or Semi-Government or autonomous institution.
- Bachelor's degree (second division) from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission with three years’ experience relating to the accounts or Audit in the Government or Semi-Government or autonomous institution.
