• Provide personalized 1-on-1 care
• Cover Home Health (Homes and Care Center)
• Inpatient and Outpatient as needed
• Work with a diverse patient population
• Treat all ages and conditions
• Collaborate with a tight-knit multidisciplinary therapy team

• Physical Therapist degree from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
