Sportscare & Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy is locally owned and operated by therapists. Since 1963, we have provided physical therapy to the Portland metro area, adding occupational and hand therapy in 2006. We are a cohesive team that uses comprehensive OT and PT treatment approaches at our six convenient clinic locations throughout the Portland metro area, with an additional location in Salem, OR.

Sportscare & Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy team members enjoy being part of a collaborative team of OTs, PTs, assistants, and aides focused on educating, guiding, and coaching patients to get the best outcomes. Our leadership team consists of PTs and OTs who regularly treat patients, so we understand the challenges you face every day.
Sports Care & Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical Therapist to join our large hand team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills as a hand therapist in our Clackamas clinic location for immediate hire. We offer a mentorship program for Occupational or Physical Therapists interested in becoming a CHT. Our proven mentorship program has allowed us to walk alongside 1‑2 therapists a year over the past 10 years to achieve their CHT goal.
Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
- Current state of Oregon occupational therapy license, current CHT license, CPR certification.
- Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.
- A therapist who is a coach, guide, and educator for their patients.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic.
- A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy, and patient care.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi‑therapist team environment.
Salary Range: $93,000 - $109,000, dependent upon hand therapy experience
Please note that there is a different salary scale for non‑CHTs. Please inquire.
