. - Call Requirements: 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend (Nights/Weekends/Holidays).
- Certification: Board Certified (NCCPA).
- Licensure:
Active Oregon License is required. - Availability: Must be available for full-time hours starting ASAP

* NPDB Self-Query (Needed at time of submission). - CAQH Login/Password (Needed at time of offer).
- Hospitality Experience.
- OR Experience.
- Surgery.
- Nursing Home Experience.
