Independent Contractor Psychologist

Overview

R3 Continuum is seeking a Psychologist to expand our Evaluation network in the Portland, OR area. The role involves providing in‑office or telehealth psychological evaluations for employers and their employees. Evaluations include a clinical interview, testing, and a report outlining your independent opinion on the employee’s fitness for duty.

Contract

• Flexible schedule, work on a case‑by‑case basis
• In‑office or telehealth options
• Administrative support, including appointment scheduling and client communication
• Self‑service portal for completing evaluations (HITRUST HIPAA compliant)
• Supplemental income

• Independently licensed, in good standing in the state of Oregon
• Doctorate degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Forensic Psychology
• At least 2 years post‑licensure experience performing fitness‑for‑duty evaluations or independent medical examinations
• OR at least 2 years post‑licensure experience and training or work in forensic psychological assessment
• Must have access to a private practice location
• Willing to review medical records and submit your report via R3’s secure website
