What You’ll Do

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and/or group therapy to clients navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

  • Provide thoughtful, client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Partner with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and values
  • Support clients in building coping strategies, insight, and resilience
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric providers, to deliver integrated care when appropriate
  • Advocate for clients and support them through complex or crisis situations
  • Engage in team meetings, consultation, and continuous professional development
Requirements Who You Are
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Active state licensure
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a range of mental health conditions
  • Comfort working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for supporting others
Bonus Points
  • Experience in a community health center is preferred
  • Strong understanding of and experience integrating theoretical frameworks
  • Looking for a group practice to call a long‑term home

This position is for someone seeking a full‑time work schedule. The role requires working approximately 30 hours per week. Full‑time clinicians should maintain a schedule of 22+ clients weekly.

Location:

Oregon (Remote or Hybrid)

This is a remote (telehealth) role, with the option to work from one of our office locations in Portland or Seattle.
