Compensation – Earn a base wage of $75/hour

What You’ll DoProvide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
Develop and maintain individualized, assent‑based treatment plans
Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training
Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input
This part-time role does not include benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), or paid time off. However, you’ll gain flexibility, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a lasting impact—one client at a time.
