Human Edge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting assignment in John Day, OR. This role offers a primarily outpatient caseload (90%) with a small inpatient component (10%), providing the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population in a supportive rural healthcare setting.
Candidates with pediatric and/or vestibular rehabilitation experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Current Oregon Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Previous outpatient experience required
- Pediatric experience and/or vestibular rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Predominantly outpatient caseload
