Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Shanti Recovery & Wellness has been providing psychiatric-led mental health and addiction treatment in Portland since 2014. We specialize in dual-diagnosis care - treating mental health and substance use together rather than in isolation. Our services include general and adolescent psychiatry, TMS therapy, Spravato, and medication-assisted treatment, all available in-office or via telehealth.

We're looking for an experienced PMHNP to join our small, collaborative clinical team (MD + NP). This is a strong fit for a contractor who wants meaningful clinical variety without the administrative weight of private practice.

$165 per hour (1099 independent contractor)

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adult and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with our Medical Director on complex and co-occurring cases
• Refer MAT/Suboxone patients to our addiction medicine team (this role does not independently manage MAT)

• Active DEA certification (required)
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, telehealth-heavy model
• Available for at least one in-person clinic day per week on an ongoing basis

• Full administrative support - front desk, office management, and billing are handled so you can focus on patients
• EHR and e-prescribing provided through RXNT
• We offer support with credentialing
• Flexible, telehealth-forward schedule with only one required in-person day each week
• Established dual-diagnosis practice in a well-located Portland clinic
