Columbia Care Services, a leader in mental health recovery services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Mental Health Associate. This role is pivotal in providing direct support and care to individuals residing in our residential treatment facilities. The associate will work closely with patients suffering from various mental health conditions, helping to implement personalized care plans and support daily living activities.

Key components of this role include managing crisis interventions, facilitating group therapy sessions, and aiding in the overall physical and emotional well‑being of our clients. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to impact lives positively, fostering recovery and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

  • Assist in the implementation of individual care plans for residents, including monitoring and documenting progress.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Conduct and facilitate group therapy and educational sessions as directed by supervisory staff.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment within the residence.
  • Manage crisis interventions and provide immediate support in emergency situations.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies to coordinate additional services for residents.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively
  • Knowledge of mental health conditions and the recovery process
