Wellness Worker – Registration Coordinator, Biometric Screener

• Assign themselves to local events using the scheduling system
• Complete pre-event comprehensive training on LES protocols
• Conduct participant biometric screenings, including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis
• Perform COVID-19 PCR testing, point-of-care antigen testing, and temperature checks
• Set up, execute, and break down events
• Accurately capture participant information and screening results
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining participant privacy
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Perform other assigned duties and tasks

• Medical credentials strongly preferred (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc.)
• Medical certification or license (CPT-1) is required in California
• Minimum of 1-year experience working in a healthcare setting
• Proficient with performing fingerstick blood collection and taking blood pressure
• Experience with Cholestech LDX preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic tablet and computer skills
• Reliable form of transportation
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Demonstrates proficiency in conducting biometric screenings and COVID-19 testing while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations. Provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment, accurately capturing participant information and results.
