Wilson Ranches Retreat is celebrating 26 years and is seeking a heart for hospitality, motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our ranch family. The innkeeper, also has opportunities to be a wrangler.
Innkeeper ResponsibilitiesAs the face of our retreat, you’ll create a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Baking and food prep
- Preparing and serving breakfast
- Housekeeping and room turnover
- Groundskeeping and maintaining outdoor space
- Providing excellent hospitality and guest interaction
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- A genuine heart for hospitality and ranch life
