Cape Kiwanda, in Pacific City, enjoys a storied connection to the ocean, local rivers, beachfront, and majestic outdoor playground. As a Front Desk Agent, you are the welcoming face of Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa. You will create memorable first and lasting impressions, ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and inspired from check‑in to check‑out. Your responsibilities will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, deliver personalized service, provide local insight, and help create the “Headlands experience” for all who walk through our doors.

• Possess strong computer skills; knowledge of hospitality systems is a plus

• Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A love of hospitality, problem‑solving, and creating unforgettable moments
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
