Bandon Dunes is a world‑class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes’ six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18‑hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to two “Courses with a Mission”:
Bandon Preserve, an award‑winning par‑3 course, and Short’s, which opened in 2024. All net proceeds from both courses fund the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation, supporting communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

• Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, handles check‑ins and ensures a smooth checkout.
• Know the resort inside and out – help guests with questions, dinner reservations and the best spots to watch the sunset.
• Answer phones, take golf and hotel reservations, assist with billing queries and coordinate with service providers such as massage therapists and shuttle drivers.
• Maintain composure under pressure – solve problems and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Promote resort amenities so guests get the fullest experience.
• Provide all the tools needed for the role (e.g., Visual One familiarity).
• Support a flexible, year‑round schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand, walk, lift and carry up to 30 lbs occasionally.

• Prior customer service experience valued.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, work independently and manage multiple duties under pressure.
• Positive attitude, professional manner and impeccable appearance at all times.
• Successful background check required.
• Preferably working knowledge of Visual One.
