Sunriver Resort is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to warmly greet guests, manage reservations and provide basic reception duties for the Cove. You'll uphold Four Diamond standards and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced resort environment.
Responsibilities include answering calls, handling check-ins, assisting with retail purchases via the POS system, guiding guests, and coordinating facility access while maintaining VIP guest records and knowledge of resort amenities.
